The Physican's Group, NAVBC™ Services, will be supporting ongoing independent private corporate accreditation and verification organization process within the areas of B2B services, institutional access, enterprise development, professional education review, and healthcare-related business services.
The Physicians Group, LLC, together with NAVBC™ following their merger, operates within a collaborative institutional framework aligned with the principles and professional practices of independent certification and accreditation organizations serving the healthcare and education sectors.
NAVBC™ is the standard for accreditations that are affiliated with continuing education models that are aligned with the the pursuit of freedom and excellence. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or operating under the authority of the United States Department of Education, any state department of education, or any governmental licensing or regulatory agency. It's operation model follows those of many accreditation organizations that independently approve based on a series of qualifying factors.
NAVBC™ functions as an independent entrepreneurial and enterprise-development accreditation body designed to support organizations that provide educational programs, training systems, professional development pathways, certifications, credentialing structures, and healthcare-related educational services within their respective areas of specialty.
As part of its internal accreditation and verification process, NAVBC may require annual submission, review, and verification of supporting organizational and operational documentation, which may include but is not limited to:
Corporate incorporation and business registration records
Trademark registrations or trademark application records
Published educational materials and curriculum documentation
Printed or digital books and manuals issued under the certifying organization
Policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
Instructor or leadership verification records
Evidence of operational continuity and enterprise legitimacy
Educational framework and training structure documentation
NAVBC™ accreditation represents that the organization has submitted documentation for review under NAVBC’s proprietary enterprise-development and verification standards. Accreditation through NAVBC does not constitute governmental licensure, academic degree authorization, state approval, medical board recognition, or legal authority to practice any profession.
Organizations accredited by NAVBC™ remain independently responsible for complying with all applicable federal laws, state laws, licensing requirements, healthcare regulations, scope-of-practice laws, advertising regulations, and professional standards within the jurisdictions in which they operate.
NAVBC™ reserves the right to conduct periodic reviews, request updated documentation, suspend accreditation status, revoke accreditation recognition, or require corrective actions when documentation standards, operational integrity standards, or verification requirements are not maintained.

Its organizational framework recognizes the contributions of both physicians and non-physician healthcare professionals and executives. Members of its board, advisory groups, or leadership may include individuals who are not licensed physicians but who possess relevant experience in healthcare administration, institutional management, clinical education, professional development, or collaborative work with physicians and healthcare organizations. Participation in these activities does not require every board member, advisor, or executive to hold a medical license, unless otherwise required by applicable law or specific organizational responsibilities.
